Refund policy

 

Exchange Policy:

  • Please make sure to measure and choose your correct size and style. Bark Appeal does not offer refunds.
  • If an item purchased is damaged or defective, please contact our office within 5 days from receipt. All Exchanges must be initiated within 5 days of receipt of order.
  • All replacements issued will be in the same style and color as the original product ordered.
  • Customer are responsible for an exchange fee starting at $7.95 for (1) item. This includes, pulling, processing and shipping the exchange. Multiple items will incur additional fees. If the exchanged items cost is greater than the original purchased item, you will be responsible for the difference in the cost.
  • All exchanges will ship out via USPS.
  • Please email bark@barkappeal.com for more information and to start the exchange process.
  • The customer is responsible for any shipping costs when returning an item.
  • Do not send any items back without first contacting our office for an RMA #. Any product sent back to us without contacting our office first, will not be accepted and/or will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

EU & EEA Customers — Your Right to Cancel

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), for any reason, without providing an explanation.

To exercise your right to cancel, contact us at bark@barkappeal.com within 14 days of delivery. We will refund the full purchase price, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

This right applies to all orders placed by consumers in the EU/EEA and supersedes our standard US exchange policy for those customers.

    Note: Customers are responsible for the proper care of all products and No exchanges will be given on items chewed or damaged by a pet. Please contact our office for any question regarding this.
