"I absolutely love this mesh harness! Very durable! My 16 pound Havanese wears a medium. It is easily adjustable to wear as is in the summer months, or expand it near the buckle to fit over her winter clothes in the colder weather. My 11 pound Havanese wears a small. It fits him perfectly in the summer months, however it is a tiny bit tight when wearing over his clothes. I wish the small was more adjustable to allow a little more space over his winter clothes. These are my go to harnesses for my fur babies. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a quality, lightweight harness for their pets."
